Not going to bore you with the details. After multiple conversations I can tell you that the office/dispatch staff are very poorly trained. No organization, communication, customer service, or problem solving skills. I had a small, local move and self-packed so it should have been a breeze.\r

I emailed the office after my move to bring up issues – never got a response. Happily, they didn't bother responding to Bank of America either after I initiated a complaint, so BOA credited me the amount Fox's ineptitude cost me. Beware good reviews as Fox has been caught writing their own.\r

There is a reason Fox was kicked out of the Better Business Bureau. Cheaper sometimes ends up being more expensive - clearly the case with Fox Movers. **Full Disclosure - the guys who FINALLY showed up were great and worked hard. **
