Carpet Sharks have been cleaning my carpet for years, but a different person came this time. The quality wasn't that good. I was very disappointed in the way he cleaned it this time. I don't know what happened, but my carpet came out yellowish. I'm not going to call them back. They had good customer service and all that, but this is a disappointing result.
