After reading some of these reviews I felt so much better. I thought maybe it was just me that's being treated like a piece of **** and being lied to and being hung up on and just plain being rude to. I wish I would have read these reviews before I bought my trailer and moved to the trailer park. I've been here for a little over a year and if It wasn't for the fact that I have put money into my trailer and I want to get caught up on my mortgage I would move out. The one person on here brought up about how they sell trailers quick without doing work on them. and i'm a perfect example of that. We first looked at our trailer I liked it because of the size and i knew it needed some work but mostly like painting and washing carpets. but there was trash there and also the fridge had old food in it and trash under the trailer which we were told everything would be cleaned before we moved in. But it was not. when we moved in nothing was done. the fridge was disgusting. The power must have been off for awhile. so we had to clean that out just to find out it didn't work anyhow so I had to go buy one. there was still trash under the trailer from other people that I was left to deal with. The first night we were there the back door flew open. So at that point we found out that was broke and has to be replaced. so my point I guess is don't believe anything they say to you because they will lie to you.
