I called them up and spoke with their online sales manager Diane. She absolutely blew me away with her responsiveness. There was no heavy handedness. She had absolutely impeccable manners and respect throughout the process. There was no can-you-pay-a-little-more going on.
I said, "Give me your best price and if it's the price I want to hear, then I'll buy it." She did just that and so did I. We closed the deal and it was done. What more could you want? I'd recommend the lady I dealt with to anyone. I'd go there in a minute.
