ABSOLUTELY do not bank here. They just sold to Grandpoint and fired the majority of the staff (which were great!). Grandpoint has created a sense of fear in their employees that shows the second you walk in. There is so much tension, even as a customer, you feel uncomfortable. On top of this, you have to face out your bills (or they do it for you) which takes a simple deposit and turns it into a 15 minute nightmare. When confronting the new Grandpoint Senior Vice President Julie Galian, she just shrugged her shoulders, gave a fake smile, and said, ""well that's just how Grandpoint is...We are strict and have strict policies."" Who says that to their client!?!?\r

I would avoid this bank at all costs! And one more thing, expect to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes to find a space and to exit...
