Rude, unprofessional, dishonest with me.\r
Did not provide invoices for all work to be done or for all completed work.\r
Performed unauthorized work.\r
Could not repair my car as they said they could, so offered to buy it!! \r
Damaged my new paint and dented my hood and fender, etc. (Have pics to prove).\r
Ruined my alignment.\r
Make sure you take before pictures all around your vehicle, under the hood, under the car, as well as all of the paint.\r
Glad I have the phone numbers of the Bureau of Automotive Repair, Better Business Bureau, my insurance company, an attorney, and Small Claims Court !!!!!
