STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! If no stars was an option, they would get no stars. Ann Jackson quoted my wife $140.00 to $225.00 in about 5 to 8 hours with 2 people cleaning. The cleaning was a move-out cleaning of the entire house. One of the cleaning ladies showed up on time at 0800 and obviously hung over. The second one showed up late at about 0900, also hung over. They finished cleaning about 1300 and then Ann Jackson said the total was going to be $250.00 (28.00/Hour/Person). After my wife tried to explain to her that this rate wasn't what they discussed, I attempted to reason with her and get her to explain where the original quote of 140-225 (5-8 hours) came from. She kept avoiding the question and kept telling me we owed her 9 hours at 28 per hour (2 workers, 1 for 5 hours and the other for 4 hours, because she was late). After being interupted numerous times, I finally told her I calculated $140.00 and thats what I had in cash and that's what I was going to pay her workers. She then told me ""we'll burn your house down mutherf***"" and that ""a body gaurd will be more expensive than that"". Overall, the cleaning ladies (while polite and nice) seemed to be ex-druggie, alcoholic convicts and Ann Jackson is definately trailer trash. The cleaning ladies cleaned the empty house to an acceptable standard but the owner definately tried to rip us off. And when we stood up to her she threatened violence. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
