CONSIGNOR BEWARE!!!! The owner is completely unresponsive via phone (you may not even leave a message, and the additional phone line does not help) and emails are utterly ignored. This is the second time I have had missing consignment items. The first time I let the one item go unchallenged. This time I have had three items go missing. I went to pick them up three days before the contract on them was up and searched hanger by hanger for an hour. The sales associate stated she was also surprised we could not find them and surmised that an employee may have purchased them but could not find that reference folder. She promised to look into it and call me in two days. She never called. I emailed a week later, and a week after that and twice this week (now three weeks of no phone pick up and four emails being ignored). \r

My next (only remaining) resort is to have to make the trip in to see her in person. Ridiculous. She has lost a customer. How can you treat the people who actually provide your inventory with such disrespect?! I am all for supporting local small businesses but this is one I will never patronize again. Further, she is not doing Main Street any favors by leaving a bad taste in the mouths of her customers. That can start to reflect on more than just her own business if people feel cheated and discounted in dealing with her. She's not the only game in town. It would be good if she could remember that.\r
