I have had nothing but a positive experience with NuRock and their staff. They are service oriented and are prompt in taking care of any work orders or issues that I have had. I have lived in two NuRock managed properties, and in both cases, the managers and service personnel were personable and interested in taking care of my needs.\r

I have found that living in apartments (I used to own a house until 2007) is quite a bit different now than living in an apartment back in the 1980's. Because of social media, management has to take great care of their residents or risk being soundly whipped by anonymous reviews of disgruntled residents and former residents, which hurts a company's ability to have a sterling reputation. \r

I think the folks at NuRock have risen to the task of overcoming objections and dealing with issues head on. I appreciate their candor, and can do attitude. I especially like the fact that they know me on a first name basis at the office and will come to my apartment when I ask them to.\r

I enjoy the amenities that the property offers and the neighbors. if birds of a feather flock together, as long as I am going to live in an apartment, I will gladly live in a NuRock managed property.\r

Living in an apartment is just as much about the people who live and work there as it is the building and apartment you live in. It is about a community. I like my community and my neighbors.\r
