Terrible Service!! I had them respond to one of my properties to fix an icemaker on a refrigerator. They replaced it and informed me that it would start producing ice later on in the evening. My tenant waited until the next morning and still no ice has produced. I called them to come out to fix the issue, but they informed me that they have to contact their techline for further assistance and will call me back. It has been 3 days and I have not heard back from them yet. I've decided to call to check on the status, but they told me that they still need to contact their techline for further assistance and will come back in 1 or 2 days to check on it again. They are incompetent and should NOT be in the appliance business. The only thing they are good at is cashing your check quickly. I will never used them again. Please stay away from this company.
