It was in the 20s outside, but in my house it felt much colder. Your technician, Vinnie L., arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. He made several calls and attempted to locate the parts that he would need to make the repairs. When this was unsuccessful, he was able to make a temporary fix so that I could heat the house until parts arrived.
