I had a lot of work to do to my car. I was putting off doing it until I had no other choice. They kept an eye on the car condition, and they finally alerted me as to when I should consider getting the work done.
I bit the bullet, and they cut me as much of a deal as possible to get all the work done at once, within budget, and before the end of the day.
Mark let me borrow his truck to get home.(Where of course, it sat for the rest of the day. Not like I was joyriding in it.)
They folks treat you right. They have great communication skills and customer service. They are trustworthy, and that means a lot.
