I've had no problems at all with Ascent Audiology Washington DC. I get good service there. They actually answer all of my questions and they put me through a whole series of tests to make sure I get the right product that's adjusted to my hearing. If I have any problems I can go back and they'll check and make sure everything is corrected. It's good, friendly service.
It's been approximately a year since I got my hearing aid. I would highly recommend Dr. Leisa and the service and the company because they give good service and they are very knowledgeable. I'm looking for people who are very knowledgeable and who I can ask any question and they'll break things down for me. Dr. Leisa and her staff are just that.
