I was recommended to this place by my girlfriend and her 2 friends who loved this place. I was given a free trial at ReMIX and attended 2 sessions which I enjoyed. Unfortunately reMIX is suffers from some mismanagement/bad business practices which have caused some grief. \r

Pros:\r
- Great workout - I enjoyed Pound and Insanity; they were great workouts. I'm told TRX is nice as well.\r
- Energetic instructors - They enjoy what they do and it shows in their workouts. They were friendly and helpful during the sessions\r
- Clean facility - Floors are really well kept. Its a bit small but definitely well taken care of.\r

Cons:\r
- Membership Inconsistency: WARNING -- Do not accept the trail membership if you want to make use of either Groupon or Living Social deals --. As of 11/18 you will be turned down, as I was. What is not told to you up front is the free trial is actually a membership. Groupon/Living Social deals are for new members only. Very tricky and misleading. I'm not sure why they expect you too spend money on -multiple- classes without at least a trial. \r

When confronted about this and informed they will lose a customer because of this discrepancy they became needlessly defensive, stating: ""You can't threaten me like that."" Be sure to know what your getting into as this is apparently not something they want to discuss with you.\r

- Record Keeping: They do not keep an accurate record of the classes you take. Sometimes you may be told you have no classes when you in fact do have remaining classes. These classes are pretty pricey and I think this should be taken more seriously\r

- Front desk: Minor gripe, but if you have any issues like above, you must wait for the owner, as the front desk people don't have the power to do much. If a class has started, your out of luck until its over.\r

If you can deal with these potential issues, you will enjoy your time. Unfortunately the fact that I had to even deal with these issues is unprofessional and annoying
