This place has the absolute worst customer service ever. Apparently $1 same day installation means $75 dollars and by midnight with no care of whether or not the customer is a normal human being with a family. When asked, 10 hours later, 3 of which sitting in the waiting room, if anything could be done, free 1 year warranty, a few dollars knocked off the bill, heck, even a time before midnight that they thought they could be done, the response was, ""Sorry, we can't do that. You signed the contract."" No thanks, Audio Express. We shall never, ever use you again. We will also be more than happy to spread word of your awful customer service.
