I received 5 total doors from Doors Direct (3 different sizes) and installed them in my personal home shop. YouTube videos greatly helped as installation guides. All 5 doors came out of the packaging with small dents in them. I feel that I can hammer them out to a decent look. It appears that the doors were dented prior to crating them. Customer service representative Sheryl was very helpful in the ordering process.
