I can't speak for the staff in the front, but the ski department is awful. If there is more than two customers be prepared to wait, and wait. I went in for a simple boot adjustment which they failed at twice. After promising me they could do it overnight after the first failed attempt, I said, no I'll come back in a few days, and they never even touched them. I had to take them to another shop. Good thing I took care of this before the season started or I would have been out for three weeks. Hopefully you will have a better experience if you go. I won't be back.
