Over the years, I have tried everything. Spinning, step, running, circuit training, elliptical mania - you name it - and there has been nothing that has gotten me in better shape AND kept my focus and attention longer and more consistently than kickboxing. I can honestly say that the best shape I have ever been in is in my 30s, and that's thanks to James and the crew at iLoveKickboxing in Astoria. I love it so much that I encouraged my 56 year-old mom to join where she lives, and she has lost over 30 pounds and has arm definition for the the first time in her life - at 56! There's something about the way that the trainers encourage and inspire you; it keeps you amped and makes you work harder. I can't recommend it enough!!
