I have always had a good experience with Ackerman. I have used them to service my Toyota Highlander since 2006. They are always honest with me about the repairs I need and don't need. I am not a ""Car"" person so I am always scared someone is going to take advantage of that. I had a couple of tire situations where I just assumed I would have to get new 2 ones, but they were able to fix them and save me a ton of money. Which is good because I truly didn't have it at the time. Pretty fast on the service - I have been able to wait for a lot of my services in their lobby and work with their WiFi. Service Team is always very friendly to me.
