findings, which I reported to the City. After speaking with the City, they requested that you call them to confirm your\r
findings (they wouldn't take my word for it - imagine that). According to the City, not all plumbers are willing to put their\r
license on the line by going on record with the City. You didn't hesitate to call them, and you even spoke to the City\r
worker who went out to the site (George).\r
As a result of your actions, I just found out from the City that they have called out a mark up and plan to make the repairs\r
sometime early next week. I about fell off my chair. Can I just say Wooohooo!!! Thank you so much.\r
