Please take your time and look else where! Short story. 1. I am disabled. 2. I am a single father. 3 I did not qualify for apartment (2 bed) I left a $200.00 dollar deposit. I never signed the date. I never received a receipt, I never received a stipulations paper work explaining deposit procedure. I need that money to move and I don't think I'll see that money any time soon since they cashed it. Another point I would like to bring up is the apartment advert stated $925.00 per month, the second time I went to office she told me $935.00. So if I don't qualify for the 925.00 what would make her think 935.00? She was always in a rush, talked very fast, and seemed to be all over the place. She was very hard to understand, taking into consideration I have a disability of a chemical imbalance. I can tell that these people are not Christian people and have no conscience; greed controls their lives and are very insensitive to others needs. Just think in 2009 I was a successful tenant there, wouldn't you think that they would want me as a future tenant? Maybe for a one bedroom which I qualify for? Shame on sandy Lane apartment and Diversified out of Boston. This is not the last they have heard from me. I will continue to blog, review, protest, and contact officials of the immoral practices that go on over at that rental property.
