I don't even think I would risk a rental car in this car wash. \r \r I took my pickup in and had to pay and extra $10 ""Extra Dirty"" fee on top of the ""Gold Wash"" that is a $19.95. I was assured that everything including the wheel wells would be clean. It took two passes through the wash (after I pointed out dirt that was left on), and still there were handfuls of mud in the front and rear fenders and bumpers. I removed these and left the piles of mud on the driveway - all the finisher could do was offer me a damp (used) drying towel.\r I was hoping for a professional job - certainly better than what I could accomplish at home.\r The worst part was the chipping of paint on the hood, fenders, and rear wheel wells. There were some chips taken out that were blamed on ""bubbles in the paint that were just driven off"" by the operator-controlled 500 psi pressure washers. The part that is still astounding is the scouring of the rear wheel-wells down to the bare metal. When this was pointed out there were tales of ""There is no way we could have ever done that"", ""That is what wheel wells always look like"" - even though they were flawless before using this ""professional"" wash, and ""hundreds of thousands of cars have been washed in this location without any problems"". They also tried to explain the physics of why only certain areas of the wheel well are now paint-less - If it were really stones adhering to the wheels - it would only be on the rear of the wheel well. There is no explanation to the paint missing (in the same pattern) on the front of the wheel well (or the top which has no missing paint - where there should be more force from ""gravel traveling from the tires""). I have never driven 100's of miles in reverse on gravel roads at high speed - I can assure you.\r \r So needless to say - I will not be returning there, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. A big clue (now) is ""Touch-less Car Wash"" really means ""EXTREMELY HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING"" car wash - I would rather use a good condition and less expensive automatic/rotating rag type car wash. more
