In response to the reviewer 'noordale': please accept our apologies for the scheduling difficulties and delay in responding to your review. (This page does not allow for direct replies like Tripadvisor or Yelp so it took us a while to figure out how to address it.) We had a very trying year due to prolonged aircraft maintenance (engine swap) which resulted in a backlog of bookings. We were since able to clear this up but the helicopters were working 7 days a week, requiring more maintenance than usual. In our world many things fall under 'routine maintenance' and even the smallest problem must be taken seriously. This is the reason why we've been able to maintain an 11-year outstanding safety record. \r
Rest assured that it was never our intention to ruin your special day. We realize that multiple cancellations are very frustrating so we made some changes to our booking policies in order to be more accommodating. As part of this effort, customers who weren't able to get on the schedule for their flight lessons were offered free upgrades (not upsells) to NYC helicopter tours that is a higher-value package and done on different aircraft. That offer still stands and we hope to fly with you in the near future. \r
