The service manager, Christopher Grate, and the Warranty Manager, Lylah Redekker, give very honest & competent service. The whole staff is friendly, competent, helpful, and honest. The waiting facilities are very comfortable with lots of information about the new, innovative Hyundais. I feel very confident having all 3 of my Hyundais serviced @ Future Hyundai of Concord. If I were to buy a new Hyundai, I would buy it @ Future Hyundai of Concord.
