We just received a collection agency letter. It is for $20.95. I am sorry that you feel that after 6 years of us being a client of yours and over $2600.00 dollars paid to you, that you needed to send this small amount to a collection agency. Also, if you look back in your records you will see that up until June of this year, you were ALWAYS PAID IN FULL. And by the way, I did pay $217.34 on that date. The $20.95 was for fecal matter that I brought down an hour later.\r
Enclosed you will find a check for $20.95. However, you will never see a penny from us again.\r
