I am the owner of Austin American Awning. We are starting our 18th year this November. I can never figure out how to get into these sites because it is so long between visits. Bossy Coronado who is mentioned in a previous review is no longer associated with Austin American Awning. Several of the reviews may have been placed by Coronado after he left. We apologize for any bad service anyone received while he was associated with us. I can supply 10 good references for every bad mention on this website. Please contact us. We have always prided ourselves on the quality of our work. We had some issues with the downturn in the economy and actually lost 3 competitiors to the bad econonomic conditions. Bossy has been replaced with a wonderful and experienced sales person and we are overcoming the bad rap we got from utilizing Bossy as a shop manager. We have one issue to clean up with a customer that is the result of his tenure here.
