I usually don't do reviews or blog but after the poor service received at this establishment it is my duty to inform others and spare them the experience. I joined on october the first and they are supposed to have a seven day cancellation policy. After the rude service with the owner having no customer service skill at all i decided to cancel on the fifth day only to find out these five days would cost $90 dollars. i can deal with the nonrefundable $60 for the sign up $30 for the registration and $30 for october even if it was five days but why should there be a charge of $30 for november if you truly have a seven day cancellation policy. People if there is any way possible find a professional establishment or just workout at home but don't donate to these unprofessional people. Just the words of an American soldier who has put it on the line for his country only to be ripped off by body talk fitness.
