My Expedition had a problem with the suspension that we chased for months. The computer was not helping. First the rear airbags, then the compressor, then the relay. we thought we had it but the system failed again.
This time I documented everything and all circumstances under which the system failed. And then one day the computer gave a code and I drove straight to the dealer and they got the computer hooked up and found a problem that was not hinted at before.
It looks like it might be solved.
I appreciated Sundie's help with finding fair billing rates, since it started seeming like we were just changing parts until we got lucky.
