This is extremely worst apartment complex. There are serious problems and I hope Charlotte government authorities notice it. \r

1. The manager and assistant manager are very arrogant.\r
2. The apartments are in horrible condition. There are several problems which apartment leasing agents hide.\r
3. There is extreme Indian population so expect spice + sweat smell in the gym and while you are walking around. Well not all are same though. \r
4. Maintenance manager is absolutely arrogant. You need lawyer to speak with him. \r
5. The toilets flood and damage properties.\r
6. They installed security cameras and never sent notice to tenants. This was accepted by the sentinel corporation authority. (audio recording).\r
7. Swimming pool and tennis courts are occupied by bunch of Indians and they do not allow others to use it. Absolutely filthy smell all over.\r
8. The apartment complex has no policy over cigarette smoke. Expect your kids to suffer from smoke problems. I have email communications where they deny any action. \r
9. There is SERIOUS CAR PARKING PROBLEM !!!!\r
