Returned due to continued problem with tire pressure sensor after new one installed less than a month ago. John could not have been more receptive and helpful. My only comment is regarding the ""system"" for notifying the client that their car is ready. I don't live in the neighborhood, so I stayed nearby until around 3PM. Rather than drive home, I came by to see if the car would be ready soon. It was out of the shop already waiting on the lot for me;however,it was an hour+ after picking up the car that I received a phone call and email (both around 4PM) notifying me that it was ready. I was already home by then.
