Car would not shift from first to second when cold, shifted high rpm and hard when warmer.\r
Told front desk guy that, got billed 2400 for a new trans, paid, received car, and problem is now worse ( colder outside). The guy who did the rebuild did not hear symptom from me, customer until today, 6 weeks later. He is now suggesting some other things that might be wrong....so ...what about my $2,400.00. Clearly I did not need a new transmission if a new rebuilt one acts the same...he said something about a radiator hose???\r
Waiting to hear back, no offer to give us our $2,400 dollars back for a repair that didn't need doing.\r
