This company will rip you off. I had a service call on a warrantied Lennox AC and it needed a new part. The part was covered under Lennox's warranty. However, this Company charged me $95.00 shipping and handling to get the part from Orlando to Daytona Beach (about 60 miles). This was in addition to their labor service call charge which was excessive but not my primary complaint. Charging the excessive shipping and handling let's me know that their primary concern was taking advantage of a custom with an AC unit that was broken in the Florida heat. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!
