Anthony (service advisor) was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. The shop diagnosed several problems but did not have all the parts they needed so we need to schedule a return visit. We complained initially of a clicking noise while backing. The shop diagnosed this as an axel issue and replaced an axel under warranty; it did not fix the problem. We need to return to have them re-address the noise and come up with the appropriate repair. We do not have a problem with their not having all the parts in stock. Several people checked with us during our visits to be sure we were being taken care of. Parking is so-so; not much room.
