I brought my car to a shop to have the shocks and struts replaced. Didn't seem like it would be such a big deal.They replaced them and overtightened the struts and crushed the bearings and bushings. The car drove worse then when I brought it to them. I decided to bring it to Network to look at what was causing the problem. I talked to Nick Marcell. He said they would look at it and get back to me. I just want to say thank you
for the awesome customer service and service on my vehicle. I brought my car to you, you said you would get it fixed and it will be done and ride perfect. Guess what, it did. Great job by you and your team.
