HomeFix does NOT keep customers informed about schedule. We were told windows would be installed in August but they did not arrive until end of October. I had to call to find out there would be a delay. Someone should have called to let me know the date had slipped multiple times. This lack of communication continued when HomeFix needed to return to fix problems with the initial installation. I was told they would be back in December. It is mid March and they still have not called me to inform me of a delay. When I call, I am told they should be in next week and the installation guy will call next week. I am still waiting for next week. At this rate, the process from contract signing to return to fix problems from initial installation will take 1 year! more
