Have rented several spaces with prior ownership. The previous larger and sturdier wooden carts were great. It appears that you only have three smaller metal carts and one or two are in disrepair. Also, did I pay a $20 admin fee for the privilege of doing business with you? The $9 per month insurance seems like it should be part of your overhead unless it covers my individual contents.
