Knowing our AC was only under warranty for a couple more weeks and it was not cooling properly, we took it in for a diagnosis... Picked our car up and was told it had no freon in it.... However, there was no leak detected by technician. Paid $65 for freon and test, which would have been $0 deductible if a problem had been found. Still cycled on and off cooler and then warm, then cool. Took to a different Mechanic in Orlando and $1800 later and a new compressor, we now have cool AC again! Was taking over 3 minutes for compressor to kick on, and the Warranty company covered the repair on the last day! Wish Tedesco had been more thorough :(. We have been there so many times, and yet this was such an important visit which we felt was not taken seriously. Generally would recommend for repairs... But now not for repairs that are close to end of warranty, they are too busy there to be thorough .
