Rebuilt trans in 2010 with 3 year warranty. Had a noise develop in 2013, bad torque converter no big deal, parts are not made as good as they used to be. They had trouble finding the strange noise, I had to take them for a ride and point it out. No problem they replaced the torque converter. I went to pick my truck up from the shop and it would not start! The next day they said it was the selector switch. They said it was a bad plug to the switch. Picked up my truck, drove it home, now it wont start again! If you have a bad plug replace it! I replaced the parts myself! 2 plugs and a neutral
safety switch. I drive to Indy a lot and can't afford to be stranded with my family. Parts cost me 165 dollars. If something is broken, worn out, etc. give a price to replace it! DO NOT Jerry Rig with tie straps! ALSO I had wheel hubs replaced on another car. One went bad after 6 months, took it back and it was replaced under warranty! Then after 3 months it went bad again. Bought factory parts and replaced both hubs myself and have had no problems since! The people at Precision are very nice and friendly! It's nothing personal here I like all the guys! You need to use better quality parts and fix what is broken for good!!
