Mister Sparky had some kind of deal where you pay one price and then twice a year you call them--they don't call you--to come out and check the air or heat or whatever. So I had bought that and called them to come and take a look at my fuse box.
Whoever had worked on the fuse box previously had done quite a number on it. It was upside down and this and that. The gentleman from Mister Sparky put new fuses in there. Half of the house is old and I have the screw-in fuses. I asked him how much it would be to work on that he said $2,000. I couldn't afford the $2,000 then.
The box he put new fuses in is in the kitchen and the old box is in the hallway on the other side of the house. The fuses in there are dinosaurs and I need to get rid of them.
The serviceman was very nice. I got them out of the yellow pages. My daughter had also said she had seen Mister Sparky on T.V. and to give them a call. They're very good. I had no complaints whatsoever.
