Beyond horrible. We had 3 visits from the "comfort specialist" and one visit by the field supervisor. Everything was discussed and agreed upon. Once the technicians got here - turns out it was all lies. Nothing of what we had discussed was communicated to the technicians and then the supervisor who visited previously conveniently forgets all of what he told us. Work was started Thursday and not finished and we were told it would be Monday before they could come back. Even the work that they did is not right. And now we were told about a code issue that affects our plans for the remodel which is why we needed the HVAC work done to begin with. If we had been told on any of the first three visits we would have done everything differently.\r

Now I can't get the comfort specialist to call me back. Finally did get a call from a manager who says he will look into it. I'll update if they do actually manage to finish the work the next day and make it right.\r
