Herrera's Cleaning is always right on time. I've never had a problem with them. If they don't do something and you show them, they correct it immediately the next time. But the only problem is that this has happened a few times and I have weekly service (not bi-weekly or monthly, WEEKLY).
So I cut back on some of the things they have to do (make them be done once a month), so I feel that there shouldn't be any more inconsistencies. Despite that, I am very pleased with them. They're very nice and they outshine all the other services.
