Totally ripped me off, $400+ for an O2 sensor and cleaning out an air filter that had been left open. I found out from my brother that should have cost about $210 with avg shop rates. I called shop and acted like a new customer and since I knew the problem this time around, I asked how much it would be. Lo and behold, I get the right estimate. Thing is, I didn't know at the time, I needed a diagnostic. So, everyone should go to Auto Zone if they have a check engine light, they can tell you what it is. These guys will only rob you blind. They did this kindness for me after cancelling my appt. for a week, as well. Top tier for bad quality service and bad character! If you don't know much about cars, these fellas will exploit that. Get a second opinion!
