I moved 1.2 miles. I gave the driver simple directions . They went to the wrong address, unloaded my things and a box was missing. I didn't buy extra insurance so I got $60 for over $400 worth of things. Mr. Beal said I couldn't have lost so much stuff because I lived in a small apartment and wouldn't have had room for big box! There are so many other movers in the area, don't use Beal's.
