I would not recommend this place to anyone - not even someone I didn't care for. My appt. was made a week in advance with Billy for 3:30 on a Mon. I called many times the morning of my appt. and no one answer, no answering machine, no nothing. So, not only do they not answer the phone if they are busy, they have no answering machine. Someone finally answered after 12:30. BILLY confirmed my appt., but couldn't quote pricing until he saw my hair ? ? ? Anyway, I was supposed to be off work at 3:00, but things popped up around 1:30 and I tried until 3:30 to reach someone to cancel and reschedule and again, no answer. At 3:45 when I was in my car driving to another building, Billy left a nasty voicemail that he had just spoken to me an hr. before that and I should have cancelled my appt. then because he works by appt. When I was able to call back, he got even more nasty with me and went off on me about how irresponsible I was to do that to him. When I asked for the manager, of course, he was not available, but his name is Billy. So was that the manager that talked to me like that? No way will I go there again. There is nothing they could do to change my mind. Not a good way to run a business!!!
