My Starter was replaced, however when Jamie disconnected and reconnected my battery, the radio, bluetooth, CD and voice system no longer works. I would think that if you disconnect the battery, you would check to ensure all systems are OK before handing it back to the customer. Why fix one issue but cause several others?
