I took my TV there after the manufacture recommended them as their factory service center. I dropped it off end of July 2013 and paid a $50.00 deposit. They told me someone would contact me within a week with a diagnoses. A month went by and no word so I called. Said they would get right on it. Another couple of weeks went by and no word. I called again. They said the tech lost the paperwork. I complained and called a few days later. They then had a quote for me...another $55.00 to fix the TV. I approved the work. Another month or so went by. I called at least once per week at this time and was always told it would be ready that week and someone would call. Finally I had enough and told them fixed or not I was picking it up in 4 days and wanted my original $50 back. I went to get it and they could not find it. I looked around the shop and spotted it with my name on it. I took it home. They refused to give me my deposit back. They never once called me. I was lied to by everyone I spoke with about the performance of this company. I cannot believe how they stay in business with such poor service. My TV was there 3 full months. Stay away from this company. I gave them time and chances and was very polite to them. They were polite to me, but it was all lies. They never even apologized for the delays. So I am out $50.00, two trips to Suwanee, GA. and 3 months of time and now starting all over.
