I don't agree with these other reviews at all! I have been so pleased with Plus Properties! I live in 3157 Ellwood ave. and have so for the past four years. The apt. is in great condition, is located in an amazing area in the fan/carytown and is a steal for the amount of space you get for your buck! It even has washer and dryer in the unit, and unlike other apts. that I have lived in was panted with pastels instead of plain white, which added so much to the character of the apt! I have never had any issues with rodents or insects, and the office has been great about fixing anything that is needed. I have lived in other apts. by Plus Properties and have had similar experiences. I would totally recommend them!
