I spoke with Jeremy at The Auto Shop and thought he was great. I had never taken my vehicle in for repairs (my father always had), so Jeremy was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. He was very patient and helpful. The work itself was done super quickly. I didn't have an appointment, but they were really flexible about getting my car in and out.
