In the past, I have had great service, however this last time was not so great. After leaving the dealership and being close to home, I realized that the passenger seat had dirt and grease streaked across it. I responded to a text that the advisor had sent me letting him know that my passenger seat was dirty, as well as sent photos and did not receive any response. I called and spoke to several people who passed me around and finally I was able to leave a message for the service advisor who had worked with me and have not heard back from him. No one has gotten back to me regarding how this situation can be rectified. I have light colored seats and it is unacceptable that dirt and grease are left on the seat when I didn't take it in that way.
