It has been an extreme nightmare dealing with Melissa at this store. We ordered a bed on 8/9/13. We were told it would be in and delivered to us within 4-6 weeks. It is now 10/23/13 and we still do NOT have it. She is excellent with her shipping/trucking excuses. If you are looking for excuses than shop at here. It is now called ""Mills Brothers Sleep Center.
